Here are our the frequently asked questions we get from our customers. We’re sure you can find some answers to your questions simply here. But please do not heistiate to contact us directly if you need more information.

You can purchase your choices in products from our website. You will receive a notification when your order is complete.

Once your order is placed, you can expect it to arrive in 3-5 business days. If your product does not arrive in the allotted time, feel free to contact us via e-mail at orders@aor.us.

All of AOR’s products are shipped from a facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

AOR operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

If you need to return your products for any reason at all, we have a 30 day return policy. The product must be in its original condition (i.e. unopened). Shipping is at the customer’s cost.

If your product has any damage (e.g. a cracked seal, damaged container), take a picture of the damaged product, send it over to orders@aor.us, and we will refund you for the product’s full value.
